If the user has any disagreement with respect to the requested service, he must contact the company DIGITAL STORM to expose the case, and also send an email to the address provided on the DIGITAL STORM website where he details what happened.
When the company DIGITAL STORM receives the mail, it has a period of 10 to 15 days to respond to the client.
If any refund of money is applied to the client, the company DIGITAL STORM has a period of 15 working days to make said return by the same means by which the payment of the purchased service was made.
