WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT AND WHY DO WE COLLECT IT?

DIGITAL STORM is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use that is given to them and their protection.

DIGITAL STORM may process Personal Data, that is, information that identifies you or makes you identifiable. Some of these personal data are, for example (in case of being ordered): name, email, postal address, delivery address (in case of orders), telephone number, document identification number, date of birth, services offered by your company, payment data (such as, credit card number, validity), billing data. These personal data you provide voluntarily when hiring us, in newsletters, promotions, obtaining technical support, registering for certain activity, ordering services and when registering to participate in other activities that DIGITAL STORM offers, request information.

The above, in order to adapt our services and our promotions to your preferences and the project in which we are involved with you. Please note that we do not request sensitive personal information 

FEEDBACK

When visitors leave comments on the web, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash).

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?

However, DIGITAL STORM cannot and therefore does not guarantee that there will be no unauthorized access to your personal data or that communications are free from any interruption, error, or interception by unauthorized third parties. In the case required by a competent authority and prior to compliance with the corresponding legal procedure.

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the processing of these or revoke the consent you have given us for the purpose, through the procedures we have implemented.
